Celor noodles are noodles served in a mixture of coconut milk and ebi broth (dried shrimp), mixed with bean sprouts and served with boiled egg slices, sprinkled with celery slices, leeks and fried onions. This dish comes from the city of Palembang, South Sumatra, Indonesia, and together with Pempek has become a typical dish of Palembang. The size of the noodles used is bigger, such as Aceh Noodles or Japanese Udon noodles.
